This is where ideas begin to take shape in the construction process. Our team measures and photographs your home with precision, noting structural elements that may influence design or construction, especially for those working with a custom home builder or considering a home renovation.

By utilizing a detailed digital model of your home, our custom home builder creates three unique design concepts—complete with floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. You’ll meet with us at our design center, where we guide you through selecting finishes, materials, cabinetry, tile, countertops, and more for your home renovation. Meanwhile, your project manager begins coordinating licensed trade professionals to ensure your home is fully prepared for a smooth construction process with your custom home builder.
